Owner/Manger

Leads fiscal and day-to-day operations, sets policy, and ensures the agency complies with federal, state, and local rules. Guides program development and quality measurement, and educates staff on agency procedures.

Home Care Manager/Administrator

Oversees fiscal and operational activities, planning, staffing, and quality programs. Recruits/hires management staff, develops new programs, and establishes measures for quality and performance. Reports to the Governing Body.

Personal Care Attendant

Provides non-skilled assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) in clients’ homes—bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility/transfer support, toileting, nutrition support, housekeeping, laundry, errands, companionship, and respite—delivered with dignity and safety.

Homemaker

Provides household support per the service plan: routine cleaning, laundry, linens, trash removal, basic organization, simple meal prep/menus (under professional direction), essential errands, and prescription pickup.

Home Care Companion

Provides companionship and practical support—conversation, social engagement, mail/organization, light housekeeping, meal planning/prep, errands, and non-medical transportation—delivered per agency standards and policies.
