About The Role:

Provides non-skilled assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) in clients’ homes—bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility/transfer support, toileting, nutrition support, housekeeping, laundry, errands, companionship, and respite—delivered with dignity and safety.

What You'll Do:

  • Follow care plans; assist with safe transfers/ambulation and hygiene routines; support meal planning/prep and light housekeeping.

  • Observe and report changes; maintain respectful client/family relations; document work performed.

  • Understand and follow written/oral instructions; communicate clearly; work independently and with others; recognize risks and suggest solutions.

  • Provide physical assistance (proper body mechanics) and safe handling; observe client changes.

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance; HS diploma/GED; 1–2 years related experience preferred (on-the-job training provided).
