About The Role:

Oversees fiscal and operational activities, planning, staffing, and quality programs. Recruits/hires management staff, develops new programs, and establishes measures for quality and performance. Reports to the Governing Body.

What You'll Do:
  • Direct operations, policy development, and program planning; designate a qualified acting lead when absent.

  • Budgeting, long-range planning, and effective interpersonal leadership.

  • Build cooperation and direct teams toward goals; oversee and develop staff; plan/organize work; resolve conflicts; implement procedures.

  • Optimize use of funds, employees, equipment; support employee growth; identify problems and drive solutions.

  • Broad knowledge: healthcare policy/ethics, QA, communication, teamwork, personnel management, negotiation, leadership, planning, analysis, and prioritization.

  • Good physical/mental health; ability to drive.

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance.
