About The Role:
Leads fiscal and day-to-day operations, sets policy, and ensures the agency complies with federal, state, and local rules. Guides program development and quality measurement, and educates staff on agency procedures.
What You'll Do:
Maintain agency business affairs and general operations; ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Develop/approve policies, procedures, and rules; keep documentation current for all employees and contractors.
Liaise with federal, state, and private organizations; maintain written service agreements with providers.
Approve short- and long-term program plans; create policies for critical issues.
Hold monthly management meetings; ensure required paperwork is signed and on file for qualified hires.
Provide ongoing in-service training and supervision; review budget and monitor finances; conduct management performance reviews.
Knowledge across home-care policy/ethics, QA, staff and business management, financials, and compliance.
Leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Indiana Home Care Agency license; adequate liability insurance; adherence to state regulations.
(Preferred) 1–2 years relevant experience.
